Our NHS client based in London requires an Interim HR Business Partner to lead the operational HR service for a designated client group, line managing the employee relations service and drawing on the full range of services provided internally by the HR Directorate to deliver a comprehensive, fit for purpose and customer focused HR service which is accessible, responsive and expert. You will work with other members of the senior team ensuring that the employee relations service supports the overall achievement of the HR Trust strategy.

This role will provide maternity cover for a leading aviation organisation. Generalist HR and project management role covering the UK. Providing a corporate level HR Service to the operational HR teams including particular policy and procedure development, personal development plans and the management of the annual pay review process. Corporate level responsibility for health & safety. You will support the Group HR Director on corporate level policy and procedures and help develop the current HR Advisor.

This NHS/care sector organisation in Oxfordshire is presently looking for an HR Business Partner to support them through significant positive change, working with the HR Director and senior managers to identify and implement HR policies and projects to support the Trust's business objectives. As the HR business partner, you will be active in engaging face to face with people in the business area on all aspects of HR, including sometimes complex, sensitive and contentious HR issues when necessary.

You will be providing a comprehensive 'generalist' support, offering advice and guidance on a range of issues. This HR Advisor role will involve a significant amount of ER casework, particularly disciplinary and grievances which you will need to have had prior experience in actually managing as opposed to simply advising line managers on procedures.
